The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold the Multi Tasking Non Technical Staff Examination 2022 for recruitment of MTS and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) positions in different Ministries and Departments of Government of India and their subordinate offices.

  2.Havaldar in CBIC and CBN  3603Candidates must have passed minimum Matriculation (10th Class) Examination or equivalent qualification from a Central Govt. Age limit:

  1. 18-25 years as on cut-off date (i.e. candidates born not before 02-01-1997 and not later than 01-01-2004)
  2. 18-27 years as on cut-off date (i.e. candidates born not before 02-01-1995 and not later than 01-01-2004)
  3. Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.

Selection Process:

  1. Computer Based Examination.
  2. The examination will consist of a Computer Based Examination (Paper-I), Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar) and a Descriptive Paper (Paper-II).

Paper-I: The Paper-I will consist of Objective Type- Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi. The Commission reserves the right to set the questions additionally in regional languages subject to technical feasibility. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Paper-II: The Paper-II will be descriptive in which the candidate will be required to write short essay/letter in English or any language included in the 8th schedule of the Constitution.

Application fees:

  1. ₹ 100/- Only for General and OBC category candidates. No fee for Reserved category candidates. The exam fee may submit the requisite fee through State Online or Offline payment mode.

Important date: The last date for registration of online applications is 30/04/2022 up to 23:30 Hours.
