How to Apply:
All candidates must enclose self addressed envelope and application fee and two rrecent passport size photograph in addition to affixing in the application. The candidates must clearly superscribe “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF HEALTH INSPECTOR” on the top of the envelope.
A Duly completed in all respects along with all requisite documents, duly self attested, should be sent in sealed envelope to “The Commanding Officer, 431 Field Hospital, Pin-903431, C/o 56 APO” by Registered / Speed Post. The last date for receipt of applications is 06/06/2022 up to 2:00 PM
